Water Yield Alteration in Thailand’s Pak Phanang Basin Due to Impacts of Climate and Land-Use Changes

Climate and land-use change are important factors in the hydrological process. Climatic anthropic changes have played a crucial role surface runoff changes. The objective of this research was to apply future climate predict Pak Phanang River Basin. Cellular Automata (CA)-Markov model used change, while data from 2025 2085 under RPC2.6, RPC4.5, RPC8.5 were generated using MarkSim model. Additionally, Soil Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) combined meteorological study area. results showed that annual area would increase upcoming year, which affect production field crops lowland Therefore, good water drainage system is required for coming years. Since be about 50% reduced middle late 21st century, an agroforestry also suggested capturing reducing soil evaporation. Moreover, change’s overall impact related GHG emissions. This finding will useful authorities determine policies plans adaptation Malay Peninsula.
